Minta Winn based at Ashfields Carriage & Polo Club in Great Canfield, Essex has had a career in every aspect of carriage driving and has won countless top accolades.  Founder of The Carriage Commentator, (online carriage driving forum), author, trainer (LLHI, UKCC3) and senior BDS and BC judge.  Minta knows the sport and how to impart her knowledge to others!

 

BE INSPIRED TO ASPIRE!

In this talk participants will explore the different aspects of carriage driving, the steps required to reach your goal, the pitfalls that may be encountered on the way and areas where money may be saved.  Whether you want to drive your pony on your own property, compete at a FEI level or something in between; this is the talk for you!

Andy Marcoux based in Bridgewater, MA has offered training and instruction in the sport of carriage driving for over thirty years.  In 1997, he created Coachman’s Delight, Inc offering lessons, clinics and online courses.  Andy helped develop the CAA Carriage Driver Proficiency Program and is a prolific writer with monthly articles in The Driving Digest.  His training principles are based in the fundamentals of Dressage and he keeps the safety and longevity of the equine in mind.  Andy has his Light Harness Horse Instructor (LLHI) and Assessor Certificate from the British Driving Society.   

 

PROACTIVE DRIVING!

In this talk participants will learn, through one of the experts in online teaching, how to drive more effectively through proper preparation.  Andy implements lecture format, photos and video to illustrate his points and gives plans of how to implement this principle in your daily training program and in competition.
